Deputies discuss with builders anti-crisis strategies

“There are measures we can take to help the building business deal with the crisis,” said the member of parliament Rumen Petkov at the meeting with the regional chamber of builders in Pleven, which took place in the German center in city.

The member of parliament from “Coalition for Bulgaria” Vasil Antonov, the local governor Tsvetko Tsvetkov, the chairman of BSP-Pleven Liubomir Petkov, owners of building companies and representatives of the municipality administration attended the meeting.

“It’s obvious that in a time when banks are reluctant to finance projects, it would be difficult for companies to make the advance payments of their taxes”, said Petkov. He called upon the branch representatives to share their problems at the upcoming meetings with the minister of finance Plamen Oresharski, the minister of labour and social politics Emilia Maslarova and the minister or regional development Asen Gagauzov.
