Three bulgarians are among the richest people in Central and Eastern Europe, according to the Polish magazine Wprost.

The riches of businessman Vasil Bozhkov grant him 61st place, and are estimated to be 1,35 billion dollars.

Hristo Kovachki is 98th with 700 million, and Valentin Zahariev – 100th with 680 million dollars.

At the top of the list is the russian politician hailing from the Republic of Dagestan – Suleiman Kerimov. His riches are estimated to be 24,5 billion dollars. Kerimov was 4th last year, but ranked higher this year because of his profitable sells of shares of “Gazprom” and “Sberebank” and prudent buying of shares of “Morgan Stanley”, UBS, etc.
