Bulgarians abroad will vote with a third type of voting papers

An additional type of voting paper will be prepared for the Bulgarians that will vote abroad, announced the Central Election Committee (CIK).

CIK reminds, that June 20th is the deadline for several things – for example, applying to vote a place different from your hometown. Applications for voting from a current, non-permanent address also have to be sent by June 20th. Ten such applications have already arrived in CIK for the creation of a mobile voting booth for disabled people.

CIK will hold a training session in the regional voting committees. The educational sessions will take place between June 18th – 19th and June 22nd – 23rd.

The voting papers of the upcoming elections will be stamped twice. The back of the voting paper is dark to ensure the anonymity of the vote.
