Bulgaria and Romania create joint structure for operating Danube bridge 2

A joint structure between Bulgaria and Romania will be constructed on Danube Bridge 2 to the end of 2009. The decision was made on a conference of the Joint Bulgarian-Romanian Committee on the project ‘Danube Bridge at Vidin-Kalafat’ which took place in Ruse on October 1 and 2.

Information about the progress of both sides was presented, also was discussed and accepted the text of the Protocol for undertaking steps from both countries for preparation of bilateral intergovernmental agreement of the future joint organization structure for operating the bridge
