The British company “Miller Developments” bought the new trade centre “Mall Varna” for 102 million pounds from the investor “Interservice Uzunovi”, announced the “Times” newspaper today.

The mall in Varna is the biggest trade centre in the estate portfolio of the British company, notes the newspaper.

The “Mall Varna”, opened June 2008, has 150 shops inside, various entertainment centres, several cinema halls, restaurants and a bowling hall, writes “Times”.

The investments in “Mall Varna” are key to the strategy of the company to strengthen it’s presence in Europe.
