After the opening of the four stars hotel “Skalite” in Belogradchik a month ago, the holding “Elatsite – med” from Sofia started a new project in the park of Berkovitsa. The project includes a new four stars hotel and spa centre, designed by the architect Kiril Kutskov.

“Elatsite – med” builds the complex over a property over 10 dka large that it bought from the municipality three years ago. The mineral water bath was also bought and turned into a modern spa centre. A four stars hotel with 170 beds, five separate houses, children zone and an open mineral water pool will be opened nearby.
