“Ataka” will not participate in the commission for electoral legislation

The parliamentary group of “Ataka” will not offer a candidate from their party for a member of the commission for electoral legislation.

This was announced by the vice-chairman of the National assembly Liuben Kornezov, cited by the Bulgarian National Radio.

Thus, the commission will have 14 member instead of 15. Deputees chose Angel Naidenov from the Coalition for Bulgaria for their chairman.

The commission will begin working as soon as possible. The two proposals for changes in the law for electing members for the European parliament will be looked over first.
