Arabian tourists show interest in the gambling tourism in Varna

Nearly 40 000 people from the arabian countries and Turkey are interested in the tourism possibilities in Varna during the tourism expo Emitt 2009 in Istanbul.

The tourism expo is aimed at tourists from arabian and Mediterranean countries.

Most tourists from these countries are interested in alternative forms of tourism. Bulgarian presenters emphasized on the possibilities for gambling tourism, business tourism and alternative tourism.

Measures were taken to make Varna a popular gambling destination – such as the opening of charter lines between Varna and Istanbul. Negotiations with two Turkish airway companies are currently taking place.
