An aviation museum for the Burgas airport to be built

Fraport Twinstar Airport Management, owner of the Burgas airport, intends to expand the airport in 2009.

The electricity system will be replaced, a monitoring system for the noise level will be installed and new manoeuvring runways will be constructed, says the technics director of the company Carl May.

The Burgas airport will also have a new terminal, administrative buildings and an aviation museum.

The new projects for 2009 are worth 35 million euro.
