The summer tour of Manchester United in Asia began like a Hollywood thriller, wrote the newspaper “Meridian match”. The “Red devils” had to play with the allstar team of the Indonesian league on Monday. This was supposed to be the second of their scheduled four demonstrative matches.

Early in the morning yesterday, however, two suicidal bombings shook Jakarta – the city that was supposed to host the match. Terrorists blew up the hotel where Dimitar Berbatov and his colleagues from Manchester United were supposed to stay at.

The shocking news reached the team on the road towards the city. The entire delegation was advised not to enter the country at all. All 100 thousand tickets for the game were sold out. The first match of the summer tour of Manchester United was today, against a team from Malaysia. United are currently in a hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
