80% of the Lovech region and the municipality of Pazardjik with new cadastral maps

Right now, 80% of the territory of the Lovech region is already covered in a new cadasrtal map, said eng. Mihail Kirov – head of the regional department of the agency in Lovech. The new cadastral map is financed by a loan from the World bank, which is being paid for by the government and the Agency for cadastre. This loan gives full financing of the cadastral maps, so that it doesn’t rely on the municipalities or individuals.

“This means that the old cadastral maps will be replaced and updated with the latest changes, new buildings, new administrative borders”, explained eng. Kirov. He added, that the process itself covers huge regions.
