2/3 of Bulgaria satisfied by the new prime minister’s first steps

Two thirds of the Bulgarians approve of the first steps of the new prime minister Boiko Borisov. This was concluded by the research of the National center for research of the public opinion. The new government is exceptionally trusted, stated the director of NCIOM Lidia Iordanova in front of the Bulgarian national radio.

“We are talking about high percentage of approval from people of all ages, of various social standing, of various education, and so on. The elite of the nation, who shape the general opinion of the citizens, think that there is no alternative to the current prime minister. The leader of GERB Tsvetanov, who doubled the trust in his actions just within a month, also profited greatly from the victory at the elections. This was the acknowledgement of the first steps he took in a really radical change of the corruption fighting system, which citizens evaluate as positive”, stated the director of NCIOM.

People between the ages of 40 and 60 are the happiest from the victory of GERB, a success they relate to their expectations from a new government. Two thirds of the younger citizens are also satisfied by the election results.
