200 million leva more for SAPARD and FAR projects

The government supplied an additional 200 million leva for SAPARD and FAR projects, announced the vice-prime minister Meglena Plugchieva for journalists.

The government approved the proposal to provide a resource of 100 million leva for the National Fund “Zemedelie” (Agriculture). They will be used as payments for the well-executed projects using the three points of the SAPARD program that have not yet been rated by the European commission. This was announced by the vice-prime minister of European fund management Meglena Plugchieva during a press conference of the prime minister Sergei Stanishev and the minister of finance Plamen Oresharski.

The funding of projects will be done under a schedule that will be announced at the website of the “Zemedelie” fund, explained Plugchieva.
